At 2:00pm, Huntsville Utilities Gas Operations will close the right, southbound lane of Bailey Cove Road between Mountain Gap Road and Stone Creek Lane to install a gas main and service line.

Weather permitting, beginning Monday, Aug. 6, through Wednesday, Aug. 8, contractors will be closing McCrary Road to thru traffic, from Nance Road to Wall Triana Highway, from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. for sanitary road sewer improvements.
Motorists are encouraged to take alternate routes to avoid traffic congestion.

The Alabama Department of Transportation advises motorists to expect delays on South Memorial Parkway (U.S. 231/Alabama 53) northbound and southbound between Golf Road and Whitesburg Drive as contractors work to open the mainline to traffic Tuesday, July 31.

Weather permitting, the intersection at Capshaw Road and Sam Thomas Road will begin functioning as a signalized intersection on Thursday, July 26, 2018, at approximately 9:00 a.m.
