City Hall to delay opening Wednesday due to potential of wintry weather

City Hall will operate on a two-hour delay Wednesday, Feb. 19, due to the threat of wintry weather.

City Hall as well as Huntsville Transit, Municipal Court, Animal Services and Parks & Recreation facilities will open at 10 a.m. Wednesday.

Huntsville Municipal Court will not have DUI Settlement Court, and subpoenas will be sent with the new court dates. Arraignments will begin when court opens at 10 a.m., followed by Environmental Court and Animal Court.

The delay will not affect essential police and fire personnel.
