NW.

This special event aims to support pet owners in need by offering free spay/neuter vouchers, dog food (while supplies last) and flea/tick preventatives.

Additionally, Animal Services staff will be on-site to assist community members in signing up for the new Animal Services Pet Food Pantry, which provides ongoing pet food assistance for families facing financial hardship.

“By partnering with HAWS, we are strengthening our commitment to keeping pets healthy and with the families who love them,” said Animal Services Director John Fischer. “This event is about more than giveaways — it’s about building a compassionate community where no pet goes hungry or without proper care.”

Attendees can also purchase a meal of a hot dog, chips, water and cookies for $1.
